The Work at Height Regulations 2005 require that, 'every employer shall take  suitable and sufficient action to prevent, so far as is reasonably practicable, any person falling a distance liable to cause personal injury.’ Following the questionnaire to be completed by the employee(s),a full medical examination is undertaken following which a Certificate of Fitness to Work at Height issued.
